PLANNING BOARD MINUTES

August 10, 2022

MEMBERS:

Paul Rejman – Chairman                         Gerry Ritter, Co-Chairwoman

PUBLIC HEARING, 6:30 PM

William McAllister (A. Bailey):  Boundary line amendment, Parcel 50.00-1-4, Rt. 28

Public Attendees:  J. Snead, T. Secor

Chairman Rejman announced that the request for a Boundary Line Amendment had been withdrawn, and asked for a motion to close the Hearing.

However, (contrary to prior information submitted to the Board), Mrs. Snead requested that the Minutes reflect her statement that there had not been a Purchase Agreement in place for the property in question.

Mr. Secor announced his interest in the property in question but was advised that there was no longer an issue and no action was being taken by the Planning Board.

The Public Hearing was adjourned at 6:45 pm on motion by A. Daktor/G. Ritter

MONTHLY MEETING:

The Monthly Meeting was called to order by Chairman Rejman at 6:45 pm

  • July 13, 2022 Minutes were approved (Ritter/Daktor)

New Business

  • Supervisor TJ Entwistle updated the Board on the following
    • The Buckhorn Lake Water Project will now be officially overseen by the Town.  Buckhorn will retain ownership, and the Town will maintain the system and own the wellhouse.
    • The Town is waiting for the contract to be signed in order to proceed with the Master Plan overhaul

Meeting was adjourned at 7:20 pm (Daktor/Terry)
