OLD BUSINESS:
• WWIP: There is bond authority to borrow the $350,000. The original plan was to go to the Environmental Facilities Corporation through their Clean Water Fund for 0% over 30 years. This would take several months to close. If the Town goes through the bank, the Town could have the money in a day. The Town is in violation with the DEC on this project because the Engineer has not submitted the full engineering report, but the town cannot submit that until the funding is locked in. Supervisor Entwistle has spoken with Mike Bocci, with the DEC and is waiting to hear back from him.
• Glenn Ballard, Head Sewer Operator
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilwoman Kardash to appoint Glenn Ballard as the Head Sewer Operator effective January 1, 2023.

Roll call vote:
Councilwoman Kardash -yes
Councilman Scouten- yes
Councilwoman Abrial – yes
Councilwoman Verschneider-yes
Supervisor Entwistle-yes
• There are two ways to do the classes, online and in person. Glenn thought he would take the classes online and the Laboratory class in Boonville.
