NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of Appeals of the Town of Forestport will hold a Public Hearing on July 26, 2023 at 6:30 pm in the Town Offices. The Hearing is being held to review and accept public comments on a request from Charles/Linda Burns, for placement of a waste water treatment unit within five (5) feet of their boundary line located at 11309 McKoon Rd., Tax Parcel 85.001-2-30, in the Town of Forestport
