PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
August 9, 2023

MEMBERS:

• Call Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm
• Pledge of Allegiance
• July 12, 2023 Minutes were approved on motion from T. Terry/ A. Damiano-DeTraglia

Old Business
There was no old business brought before the Board


New Business
• Ted/Sharon Daktor, 10965 Rt. 28, Tax ID 36.000-1-26: Boundary Line Adjustment
• After review of the intended boundary line adjustment, the Board granted Conditional Approval pending receipt of the final survey drawings from LaFave, White & McGivern. Motion by Ultsch/ Damiano-DeTraglia: unanimous vote with A. Daktor abstaining.


• Adjourn Meeting: Meeting adjourned at 6:40 PM. On motion by Daktor/ Damiano-DeTraglia
